BUSINESS PARK, PARIS - VAL D'EUROPE

Future sites

Natixis HEQ computer data centre
The new computer data centre for Natixis, the 4th-ranking French investment bank, has just begun construction.  The result of joint efforts on the part of Disney development teams and elected officials from the Val d'Europe New Town Association (SAN), this project aims to build, over a 6-hectare surface and between late 2009 (first batch delivery) and 2015, a pilot data centre that meets HEQ (High Environmental Quality) standards: in particular, heat produced by the computer servers will be used to heat the future inter-municipal aquatic centre that will be built nearby.  Furthermore, the data centre will be connected to “dark fibre” (very high-speed network).  Through the installation of this emblematic company, Val d’Europe is now positioned as a preferred site in Ile-de-France for high-tech businesses.

A 3-star business hotel
To complete the existing range of Business Park services, a hotel will soon provide the site with conference facilities and 200 rooms, over a 2.6 hectare surface area.
